Kollázs Sunday Brunch is back as a flying buffet

The Kollázs Brunch is now back with a new, exciting concept bringing the gourmet buffet selection right to your table for a fun, relaxing and safe dining experience. Join us for a leisurely brunch accompained by live music by popular local acoustic duos.

Individually plated appetisers, rustic family style cold cuts, cheese plates,
tartars and the famous Kollázs charcoal grilled meats served to each table.

Guests will enjoy a glass of bubbly on arrival followed by their
choice of soup, main course and rotisserie selection, ending on a sweet note of signature Kollázs desserts and ice cream crafted by our magic-handed pastry team.

Bring family and friends and enjoy unlimited wine, beer, or lemonade flowing.

Spicy Latin flavours mingle with Caribbean rhythms with abackdrop of colour and flair that together give Miami its unique sassysignature.

Join the Kollazs team this Saturday for a fun filled day of all things Miami: La Hora Feliz (Happy Hour), live Latin music, and iconic Latin-American flavours.

Celebrate America’s Birthday with an all-day summer happy hour of rum based cocktails and snacks, all 50% from 12-8pm.

Our restaurant will remain open for breakfast and lunch service between 6:30am and 3:00pm.
