RECALL from our Old & New Vintage Wine Dinner

KOLLÁZS – Brasserie & Bar presents: RECALL from our Old & New Vintage Wine Dinner featuring one of our bespoke paired dishes together with two tasting glasses of Heimann Családi Birtok’s vintage Barbár wines from 2012 and 2016, now exclusively available until 24th March.

“I started out with focusing on the common notes in the wines. This is why I chose charcoal grilled beef with rosemary-pepper spice, tarte tatin baked with balsamic vinegar and shallots, red onion jam and smoked gravy. The final flavour is a real “barbarian” result. The dish perfectly harmonizes with the two vintage Heimann Barbár wines, but the food also highlights the differences between the two wine notes.” – Chef Árpád Győrffy

We are happy to announce the launch of the nationwide “Made In Hungary” campaign with the participation of our chef, Árpád Győrffy.

The Made In Hungary top gastronomy association was founded by Dining Guide and the Hungarian Bouce d’Or Academy with the aim to link internationally renowned Hungarian flavours – Foie Gras and Tokaji Aszú – with the performance of the best Hungarian chefs of theTop 20 Hungarian Restaurants.

The “Made In Hungary” combo offer is now available: FOIE GRAS TERRINE with Celery, Rhubarb and glass of Pendits 6 Puttonyos Tokaji Aszú.

This Valentine’s Day KOLLÁZS – Brasserie & Bar invites you to celebrate amour with a unique thematic dining experience: LOVE POTIONS.

Chef Árpád Gyõrffy and his team has prepared a very special 4-course dinner menu where each dish is inspired by a cocktail. Surprise your Valentine with a dinner for two and give the gift that matters the most – time spent together.

Indulge in unique mouth-watering dishes accompanied by optional cocktail and wine pairings. To finish the evening off in style, treat your special loved one with a glamorous present courtesy of  Omorovicza.
