Old & New Vintage Wine Dinner

In the elegant setting of the Gresham Room overlooking the illuminated Buda Castle skyline at Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace Budapest, wine connoisseurs and foodies are invited to a multi-sensory culinary experience featuring Hungary’s top wineries producing sensuous wines of beauty expertly paired with artfully crafted dishes.

On Friday, November 22, 2019, KOLLÁZS – Brasserie & Bar at Four Seasons has invited five outstanding wineries from the region to collaborate with Head Sommelier Gábor Becker and Executive Chef Árpád Győrffy on an elegant five-course dinner pairing the region’s rarest vintage wines with the finest local flavours. Guests are invited to arrive at 7:00 pm for an hour-long reception over scrumptious hors d’oeuvres paired with sparkling wine, followed by a decadent culinary feast including five courses and ten vintage wines. Guests are encouraged to ask questions from the expert winemakers on hand while learning about the history of the Hungarian wines.
