Our beloved restaurant is back open, as of Friday, May 29th, offering delightful seasonal selections for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner available from 8AM to 10PM daily.

Breakfast Menu 8 am -12 pm 

Lunch Menu 12 pm – 6 pm 

Dinner Menu 6 pm – 10 pm

Home-style Lunch á la Kollázs – Executive Chef’s 2-course special is worth leaving home for. Guests are invited to treat themselves to a flavoursome lunch Budapest style.

Dîner de la Rôtisserie – a three-course set menu fresh from the grill paired with fabulous local wine, guaranteed to spark joy.

‘Nevnap’ – Name Day Gift – Every day in Hungary has a cause for celebration. Name Days are an important local tradition making every day a holiday for someone. When guests celebrate their Name Day at Kollazs, they will receive  a complimentary artisanal cocktail or the dessert of their choice with the purchase of a main course.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

The health and safety of our guests and employees is our top priority. In light of requirements announced by the Hungarian Government on March 16th, we will be temporarily ceasing operations after 3pm until further notice. Our restaurant will remain open for breakfast and lunch service between 6:30am and 3:00pm.

Celebrate Love with a Unique Dining Experience!

Lovebirds can set the romantic tone on high at KOLLÁZS – Brasserie & Bar on Friday, February 14th and Saturday, February 15th between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Chef Árpád Győrffy and his team will present a swoon-worthy four-course menu featuring trout, duck breast, bok choy, white asparagus, chorizo and more.

Kollázs Bar is stirring up feelings of love with two special cocktails perfect for date night.
