Gilvesy Recall

Recall from our Old & New Vintage Wine Dinner featuring one of our bespoke paired dishes – Scallop, Cauliflower, Grapes, Seaweed together with two tasting glasses of Gilvesy Winery’s vintage Tarányi Rajnai Riesling wines from 2017 and 2013, exclusively available until the 12th May.

“The main ingredients and the essence of the dish became obvious right after the first tasting of the wines. For me, the cauliflower, seaweed, lemon, and grapes were all present in the primary aromas of the wines. The Scallop is a great pairing due to its own iodine concentration and sweetness. This time white asparagus was added to the appetizer as it’s asparagus season.” – Chef Árpád Győrffy

Join us for a special Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 21st between 12 PM and 4 PM in Kollázs Brasserie & Bar, Zrínyi Passage and Andrássy Room:

19 900 HUF + 12% service charge / adult

9 900 HUF + 12% service charge / child between the ages of 5 and 11 years
