Cakes to Go  consists of 5 signature cakes and a seasonal creation. From our signature Gresham Cake featuring bespoke Harrer chocolate created exclusively for us by the Austrian confectioner dynasty to the sublime and feathery light Mille-Feuille, each cake is handcrafted with thoughtful care.  

Pastries to Go features 7 tantalizing desserts. In addition to vegan, gluten, sugar, and lactose free offering, the artisanal creations include
crowd-pleasing desserts such as the silky ‘Violet’ Chocolate Mousse with Cassis, or the elegant ‘Amelié’ with its fabulous contrast of flavours including Elderflower Honey and Yuzu. The seasonally changing confections feature fresh and locally sourced ingredients. 

Available as of the 1st of April 2022, locals and guests alike will be at the distance of a tap from their favorite desserts. Online takeaway is available every day for Hotel pickup. To place an order, visit www.shopfsbudapest.com. Please allow 24 hours’ notice when ordering whole cakes to go.

The works were selected by the curators of LUMAS Budapest based on an artistic concept that fits the milieu of Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace Budapest in the Spring of 2022. Dark wood walls are blaze with bold-colored works from the LUMAS-portfolio, which features prints by internationally acclaimed artists from Europe, Africa and North America.
