The health and safety of our guests and employees is our top priority. In light of the recent requirements by the Hungarian Government, as of november 11th, KOLLÁZS – Brasserie & Bar will only remain open for in-house guests and for take-out service, until further notice.

From November 11th you can enjoy the classic Kollázs tastes in the comfort of your home available between 8AM – 8PM. To place you order call +36 30 663 9691. Please note that home delivery is not available.

Kollázs Celebrates Oktoberfest with a 'Trip to Bavaria' Event on October 17th

The Kollázs globetrotting world tour continues and inspired by Oktoberfest our next stop is Bavaria. Guests are invited to join us on Saturday, October 17th from 12pm until 11pm to bring them the best of Bavarian conviviality and lively traditions Bavaria is known for, curated in cooperation with the German Embassy in Budapest.

The Kollázs team will await guests with culinary delights inspired by Bavarian cuisine such as Obatdza cheese, Weißwurst, Leberkäse, Pork Knuckles, and Apple Strudel. Guests can cheer with frothy beers, Bavaricano and other delicious cocktails once the official opening phrase of the festival is announced: O’zapft (It’s open).
As usual, a Happy Hour with 50% off of all cocktails, beers and bar snacks will be available from 12pm until 8pm.

The Kollázs globetrotting world tour continues and the next stop is… Mexico!

Mexico is loved around the world for its uniquely rich, colorful and diverse culture that prizes art, music, history, tradition, flavorful food and last but not least, celebration!

Join us as we transform Kollázs into a Mexican paradise, with a sublime menu of Mexican gourmet gastronomy, curated in cooperation with the Mexican Embassy in Budapest, live bands playing latin vibes, in an entertaining event that is not to be missed.

Bring your amigos and celebrate with us as we welcome the Fall with an authentic Kollázs fiesta!

Executive Chef, Árpád Győrffy and his team is creating a special menu full of delectable Mexican specialties, that will please your palate.

Sip gorgeous spicy cocktails crafted by the Kollázs Bar team accompanied by live latin rhythms all evening long.

KOLLÁZS - Brasserie & Bar celebrates Hungary’s birthday with a St. Stephen’s Day Party Thursday, August 20th 2020

The Kollázs Around the World Tour has arrived to the destination closest to the heart of the locals: Hungary, home to Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace and Kollázs – Brasserie & Bar.

On the occasion of August 20th, guests are invited to join the award-winning Kollazs team for a memorable St. Stephen’s Day celebration spiced up with live music and Hungarian specialities.

Executive Chef, Arpad Gyorffy and his team crafted a tantalizing 3-course menu of Hungarian flavours, including ingredients such as goose liver and pike perch. The Head Sommelier, Gabor Becker, hand-selected some of the best local wines for the perfect harmony in taste.

The unique 3-course Hungarian menu will be available during the course of the long weekend, from Thursday to Sunday included, for HUF 5,900.

Pastry Chef, Attila Menyhárt and his creative team will prepare cakes rich in flavours and colours, as well as the fresh, crispy country bread. Guests can also request these delicacies to take away from the Kollázs Patisserie.

The Kollázs Bar awaits all cocktail lovers with cocktail creations inspired by sophisticated Hungarian ingredients and unique spirits, and an all-day Happy Hour with 50% off on all cocktails and bar snacks, available from 12pm until 8pm.

Guests are invited to join the awardwinning Kollázs team for a special night combining endless Greek summervibes with fresh rhythms and tantalizing flavours.

A unique event celebrating summer with a Big Greek Feast: executive Chef Árpád Győrffy is preparing a special menu full of delectable Greek specialties, promising to evoke all senses of those late summer evenings in coastal taverns. The best of Greece, all packed into a fun-filled evening à la Kollázs.
