Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition 2018

We are happy to announce the victory of Erik and the 4th place of Daniel – our young KOLLÁZS – Brasserie & Bar chefs – at the “Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition 2018″. With this victory, Erik has the honor to represent Hungary in the “Young Chefs World Championship” on September 7th in Taiwan! Congratulations!
